  It seems that not so good experiences are posted. However, my experience was excellent customer service and fair vehicle pricing. Those having good customer satisfaction should post their reviews. The overall ratings are misleading.

  So sad but I have to respond to reviews that have no comments. I went through a process to find out that apparently people from Quebec, etc have a mission within the business of reputation on the internet to get you to buy their services to build a reputation. They post bad reviews to try to buy your internet profile to help you.

  We have purchased two new vehicles through Ridgewood Ford, and both times the service has been excellent. The sales person (Greg) paid attention to what we were looking for in both instances, and went out of his way to ensure that we purchased the vehicle we needed. Prices have been excellent, good value on trade-ins and great customer service. We will purchase from here again.
